My Newest Food Find: Koru Yoghurt

If you know me, you know I pay particular attention to foods and their ingredients. (OK, some might call me obsessive.) Now, in the middle of marathon season, I really need to watch what I eat for training purposes. Recently, I discovered a new yogurt that is fabulous. It’s called Koru, and has recently launched in the Northeast and the Great Lakes region.

Koru creamery-style yoghurt harmoniously combines silky smooth yoghurt, made with wholesome, real ingredients, including Grade A milk and a touch of cream, with just the right amount of delicious fruit. It has a light, silky texture that is ridiculously tasty and surprisingly satisfying. It’s like nothing you’ve ever eaten with a spoon!

background

The recipe for Koru was created in New Zealand and each 5.3 oz cup comes in a see-through container so you can see the scrumptious fruit and creamery-style yoghurt inside.

Koru is available in five fruit-filled flavors:

  • Pomegranate + Cherry
  • Strawberry + Goji
  • Peach
  • Passion Fruit
  • Mango

Kozu retails for about $1.49. For more information, check out Koru on Facebook (Facebook.com/KoruDairy) or Twitter (@KoruDairy).
